THE U.S POST OFFICE WILL RETURN YOUR PACKAGE TO US IF THE ADDRESS IS NOT COMPLETE

HIGH VOLUME SALE PERIODS: The Order processing time can increase during our High Volume period such as our Once a Month Super Sale.  Generally speaking Average Size orders ship within 3 Business Days. Larger orders involving 7-10 or more TV Sets may have extened Order processing time (7-10 days). Please Remember every DVD set is recorded by hand on High Speed Equipment 

Smaller orders general get shipped faster than 10+ Tv sets.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: We now have a limited amount of DIGITAL DOWNLOADS. More Digital Downloads will be added from time to time,. All downloads are in MP4 File Format. Upon Placing an order Digital Download order, a download link will be emailed within 24 hours. In most cases the link will be sent sooner unless the order is placed late at night. Generally the link is sent as soon as we get notice of your purchase. Should you ever need to re-download the content purchased, please contact us at our store email and we will be happy to assist you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. DEFECTS ARE REPLACED FREE OF CHARGE WITHIN ONE YEAR. These are Fan made sets made by hand on consumer grade DVD Media, The Video is sourced through the Collector Community and no commercial packaging is implied. 

These are FAN made sets on DVD-R. Do Not ORDER if you are expecting a Comercial packaging Boxed set with Printed inserts or color labels. All our sets have DVD menus with episodes selection direct from the custom made menus. We shipping ever disc in own sleeve to prevent scratching. Please ensure your DVD player is capable of playing DVD-Rs "Burned Media" prior to purchase. Thanks

All DVD sets have a 1 to 3 business day handling time prior to shipping during normal sales voulme periods. High Volume Sales periods can extend order processing times., Defective discs are replaced for FREE NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
